This is inspired by thoughts of a friend who died in 2022. A few years ago three of us rented a remote cottage at Camasnacroise, Kingairloch, Scotland for a week’s landscape painting. Inspired by a visit to a beach on Loch Coalisport. The remote beach is called Muileann Eiteag Bagh but is known locally as “Queen’s Beach” because Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip moored the Royal Yacht in the loch and visited the beach.

Magical Stream To Sea Loch
