Samantha Fish

Yesterday I thought that this painting may have been finished. Today on looking at it with rested eyes I realized that there were a couple of adjustments that I wanted to make. I’m pretty sure that it is now finished. Here is “Samantha Fish At Band On The Wall”, oil on canvas, 90cm x 60cm. This painting has been my primary focus for the last couple of weeks although it was started shortly after 14th May 2019 when I saw her at Band On The Wall, Manchester.

Here’s a slight reflection of Samantha Fish in Band On The Wall’s  “Dizzy Gillespie” inspired back-drop. I utilized reflections of musicians in a couple of paintings before, namely with “Broken Witt Rebels Four Stars” and “Molly Marriott”.
